This is a Mandatory Bid Return; In order for your bid to be considered responsive for this amendment, in addition to your original bid, must be received by the issuing office of the Division of Transportation and Public Facilities prior to time set for the bid opening.

1. Attachment A LOT 2 Firm bid Schedule: Pay Item 2-1 Material Site has been changed from *65-029-2* to Material Site *65-9-105-2.

2. The Completion Dates for Lot 1 pay items 1-1, 1-2 have been changed.

This is a non-mandatory return Amendment and need not be returned to the State with the bid.
This amendment serves to update the following attachments and Bid opening date.

1. Bid opening date has changed from May 28^th, 2024, to May 31, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
