| 1. Background/Scope: Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) has a requirement for electrical upgrades within the EMCC electrical container, associated feeder and downstream switchboard at the Pacific Spaceport Complex Alaska (PCSA). All work is to be as per Attachment 2~ Plans, dated 05/09/02024 1. New transformer 150kVA 480V delta to 208Y/120V 3-phase. Replaces existing 167kVA 480-240/120V1-phase transformer. 2. New panelboard ECP2 600A 208Y/120V 3-phase 4-wire, 22kAIC. Replaces existing panelboard ECP2 800A 240/120V 1-phase 3-wire. 3. New breaker for existing panelboard ECP 250A 3-pole. Replaces existing 500A 2-pole Eaton LD 35K (LD2600F). 4. Install above items: New transformer, new panelboard ECP2, new feeder breaker in ECP. 5. Replace primary conductors between ECP and new transformer. 6. Replace secondary conductors between new transformer and new panelboard ECP2. 7. Re-connect existing loads fed from panelboard ECP2 (17 Each). 8. Re-label existing ECP2 loads including phase tape to match new phasing at source and destination. Also label with new circuit numbers from new panelboard ECP2. 2. Period of Performance: TBD based upon material and equipment lead time. 3. Assumptions |
