PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Supplement No. 5 to ADA-32245 covering Room ND184, consisting of 3,092 s.f. in the North Terminal and Room SB1843 and Room SB1915, consisting of 2,630 in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. This Supplement will extend the term of the Terminal Lease five (5) years. APPLICANT: Pegasus Aviation Services LLC. TERM: August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2028. Current Terminal rent rate is $69.48/s.f./yr.  AUTHORIZED USES: Ramp offices in support of ground handling services.
