Alaska Veterans and Pioneer Home  

Interior Courtyard Slab Installation

Project No. ANC 24-24C

You are invited to submit a quote to: provide all labor, supervision, permits, materials to; Prepare subgrade, pour (aerial pump) and finish a 4300SF colored concrete slab “interior located” due to a building corridor restricting access.  Note; there are 2 floor drains to be reused.  Project location is the Alaska Veterans and Pioneers Homes located at 250 Fireweed Lane, Palmer Alaska.

A pre-bid walk through is scheduled for Tuesday April 16, 2024 at

10:00 A.M.

Interested parties to meet at the main entry lobby entrance of the Alaska Veterans and Pioneers Home located at 250 Fireweed Lane  Palmer AK 99645

Bids must be received before 10:00 AM local time April 23, 2022 via EMAIL at chris.capps@alaska.gov.

The project completion date is July 15, 2024.
