NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SUPPLEMENT A LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to reduce the Premises size under Lease ADA-32376, as follows: LESSEE: Airplane Hangars, Inc. PREMISES: Block 16, Lot 3D, consisting of approximately 83,086 square feet. LEASE TERM: thirty-five (35) years, beginning August 15, 2019, and ending August 14, 2054. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $9,970.32 ($0.12 per square foot x 83,086 square feet). PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Construction, operation, maintenance and use of aircraft hangar and ramp facilities for fixed and rotary wing aircraft use, maintenance, repair, parts, parking, tiedown, storage; Operation of aircraft dealerships; aircraft and parts sales, service; aircraft operations; maintenance, repair; float storage and repair; pilot shop; fixed base operations; aircraft parking/storage; avionic/radio shop sales, service, parts; Uses incidental to the aviation uses listed above such as limited parking areas and storage/ office space that do not interfere with the primary aviation use purposes of the facility.
