The Department of Administration, Division of Motor Vehicles, is seeking a new Alaska driver’s license and identification card (DL/ID) system. This system must include issuance technology for a physical card solution as well as a Mobile Driver’s License Solution (mDL) for all credentials, as an option to the consumer. This system must also include image capture and verification technology for all credentials issued.  The State of Alaska does not currently have a Mobile Driver License Solution (mDL).

Deadline for Receipt of Proposal/Proposal Due Date: 2:00 P.M. AKST, September 29, 2023
