The Department of Natural Resource (DNR), Division of Forestry & Fire Protection (DOF) is soliciting proposals for a Clinical Director for the divisions Health and Wellness program. The division is seeking clinical oversight in the development and implementation of its Health and Wellness program.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the proposer’s responsibility to read the entire contents of the IRFP and to provide a responsive proposal. Please pay particular attention to the sections on:
Sec. 1.13 - IRFP Schedule (page 7),
Sec. 3.01 - 3.03 - Scope of Work (pages 10),
Sec. 4 -Proposal Format and Content (pages 15-16), and
Sec. 5 - Evaluation Criteria and Offeror Selection (page 17-18).
