You are invited to submit a quote to provide all labor, supervision, permits and materials to; Remove and replace approximately 150 LF of 4” sewer line per plans and specifications.  The sewer lines are currently in use and will remain in use with coordinated shutdowns for pipe replacement. Sewer piping is in a utilidor and exterior to the building.

A pre-bid walk through is scheduled for Tuesday March 21, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. meeting in the main entry lobby. The property is located at 250 Fireweed Ave Palmer, AK 99645.

Bids must be received before 2:00 PM local time April 11, 2023, at the Email address listed in the bid documents. chris.capps@alaska.gov

The project completion date is July 31, 2023.
