Nenana-Totchaket Subdivision Phase 1B

The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land & Water (“State”) is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract for the surveying and platting of Alaska State Land Survey No. 2021-17, consisting of 23 lots and 4 tracts. This project is located in the Unorganized Borough (UoB) approximately 9 miles westerly of Nenana, AK along Totchaket Road. This project lies in the Nenana Recording District and is subject to UoB subdivision & platting regulations.

PLEASE NOTE:  It is the proposer’s responsibility to read the entire contents of this RFP and to provide a responsive proposal.  Please pay particular attention to the sections on:

Addendum 1: Addendum 1 serves to update Attachment C Conceptual Plan of Survey dated December 9, 2022.

Project Schedule (Page 11)

Scope of Work & Contract Information (RFP 12),

Proposal Format (Pages 19), and,

Evaluation Criteria and Offeror Selection (RFP Page 21).

Proposals must be received in writing at the Issuing Office no later than 3:00 P.M. January 27, 2023. Failure to meet the deadline will result in disqualification of the proposal without review.

Important Notice: If you receive this solicitation from the State's Online Public Notice website or IRIS Vendor Self Service portal, you must register with the DNR DML&W Survey Section to receive subsequent amendments. Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to landsurveys@alaska.gov. Failure to register with the DNR DML&W Survey Section may result in rejection of your offer.

Total expected costs to complete this project are estimated to be approximately $183,000-$188,000.
