The Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G), Division of Wildlife conservation, is soliciting proposals from qualified offerors for a study to better understand the fish abundance available to belugas in Cook Inlet across temporal and spatial scales.

Prior Experience

In order for offers to be considered responsive offerors must meet these minimum prior experience requirements:

  • Contractor or project lead must hold a PhD in fisheries, wildlife, biometrics, or related field.
  • Contractor must have at least two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years conducting analysis of fisheries data.
  • Contractor must have been lead author on one or more scientific papers with high level statistics and published in a peer-reviewed journal within the past five years.

Procurement Officer Note: This Sentence Should Not Be Altered, But May Be deleted If Not Required.

An offeror's failure to meet or illustrate how they meet the minimum prior experience requirements will cause their proposal to be considered non-responsive and rejected.

**Contractor must provide a copy or a valid link to published paper(s), three professional references and a detailed resume. Failure to provide these items will result in the contractors bid to be considered non-responsive and rejected. **

Deadline for Receipt of Proposals

Proposals must be received no later than 2pm, Alaska Time on November 10, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.
