PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE LAND

AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a Land Lease at Fairbanks International Airport for a portion of the paid public parking lot containing approximately 133,000 square feet.  The file number is ADA-90930, and the applicant is Conrac Solutions Project Delivery, LLC, for a lease to FAI Conrac, LLC.  The term of the lease is up to fifty-five (55) years commencing July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2078.  Annual rent for the land is $.23 per square foot per year (approximately $30,590 per year, depending on the final square footage of the leased area).
