SUMMARY:  The Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS), Division of Public Health (DPH), Office of Substance Misuse and Addiction Prevention (OSMAP) is soliciting proposals for a contractor to develop, create, place, and provide comprehensive, statewide public education campaigns for its programs.  These campaigns are designed to prevent and reduce substance use disorders and reduce health harms that occur because of substance use.
