The Legislative Affairs Agency (Agency) is solicitating bids for a qualified Contractor to provide Snow Removal and Related Services for the Alaska State Capitol Complex parking lots in Juneau, Alaska. Please see attached RFQ 656 - Alaska State Capitol Complex Snow Removal Services for more details about the services that the Agency is solicitating bids for.

Important Notices to potential Offerors:
 
Registration with Procurement Manager: If you are receiving this solicitation from the State of Alaska Online Public Notices website or through email, you must register with the Procurement Manager to receive subsequent amendments. Registration should be in writing and email is preferred. Contact information is shown below. Failure to register with the procurement manager may result in rejection of your offer.

Site-visit: All interested Contractors are encouraged to attend an in-person site visit of the Alaska State Capitol Complex (Capitol Complex) snow service areas with the Procurement Manager and Project Director. The Agency will provide a site visit of the Capitol Complex snow service areas for the purpose of planning and preparing the Bidder's Bid for this RFQ. More information related to the site-visit is provided in the attached RFQ.

Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Bids must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than 11:30 A.M. Alaska Time on August 26, 2022. Late bids will not be accepted.
