PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Supplement No. 4 to ADA-32247 to add 145 square feet to the premises of Room SA2353 and 333 square feet to the premises of Room SB2272, a total of 478 square feet in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.  APPLICANT: Denali Pretzels, LLC TERM: Until April 30, 2028. The negotiated terminal rental rate is $30.00/s.f./yr or 10% of transaction fees, whichever is greater.  AUTHORIZED USES: Food and beverage sales.
