ITB 22-30-209762 Seward Engine House IMP Roof Replacement

ARRC is seeking the services of a qualified firm to remove and replace the roof at the Seward Engine House in Seward Alaska.  

Bids are due by 3:00 PM Local Time on June 3, 2022. 

A pre-bid conference will be held on May 23, 2022 at 11:00 AM local time via WebEx. You may attend the pre-bid conference by pasting the following link into your web browser.

This is not a mandatory meeting, although interested firms are encouraged to participate. A bidder's failure to attend the pre-bid conference will in no way relieve the bidder of the responsibility of performing the work in strict compliance with the true intent and meaning of the terms, conditions and specifications of this ITB.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal on-site visit will be held at 2:00 p.m. AKST on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at the project site in Seward, Alaska. Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation to the site.

A complete description of services is contained in the ITB Package which may be downloaded from the ARRC website https://www.alaskarailroad.com/corporate/procurement.

You must register with the ARRC Contract Administrator by filling out and returning the Planholder Registration Form to receive subsequent addenda. Failure to register may adversely affect your bid. It is the Bidder's responsibility to insure that they have received all addenda affecting this ITB.
