Summary: The Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC) is soliciting proposals from executive search services to assist APFC in a comprehensive search for an Executive Director (ED) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

APFC's Board of Trustees (BOT) will work with the awarded firm to review and define the job duties and position description for the ED/ CEO.

The BOT will rely on the firm to source candidates that match the APFC's requirements. The work may include creating a profile, acting as an intermediary to investigate interest in working for the APFC, screening candidates, and presenting selected candidates to APFC's BOT and Recruitment Committee to hire an exceptionally qualified candidate as expediently as possible.

Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held via WebEx Friday, April 1, 2022 from 10:00-11:00 AM AKST.

Notice: Amendment 1 for RFP # 2022-0400-5081 has been issued

This Amendment is being issued to answer questions received following the pre-proposal meeting and to update Submittal Form A -Minimum Prior Experience to correspond to RFP and remove the anonymity language in sections 4.02 – 4.07.
