ARRC is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide an Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) in support of a Progressive Design Build (PDB) Project. This Project is the Seward Passenger Dock Replacement in which the existing dock and associated terminal building will be demolished and replaced with a new 120’ x 1200’ fill dock. 

Proposals are due by 3:00 PM Local Time on March 25, 2022.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. AKST on March 15, 2022 via WebEx. This is not a mandatory meeting, although interested firms are highly encouraged to participate.

Estimated Project Amount: $130,000 to $175,000

Solicitations may be downloaded from the ARRC website  Solicitations | Alaska Railroad, you must register with the ARRC Contract Administrator by filling out and returning the Planholder Registration Form to receive subsequent addenda.  Failure to register may adversely affect your proposal.  It is the Offeror’s responsibility to insure that they have received all addenda affecting this RFP.
