General Information:

The State of Alaska, Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM), Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Spill Prevention and Response (SPAR) is seeking information from qualified vendors who can provide training on how to conduct ASTM Phase I/Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
