PALMER, ALASKA

The Alaska Court System is soliciting proposals for the above project in Palmer, Alaska.  Project consists of but is not limited to the removal of existing cast iron boilers and installation of two new cast iron boilers along with mechanical room improvements per the design drawings. The estimated construction cost is between $90,000 and $130,000. This is an estimate only.

Sealed bids must be delivered or mailed to the Alaska Court System, Attn: Dean Maschner, Assistant Facilities Manager, Anchorage, AK 99501.  Sealed bids must be received on or before Jan 3, 2021, at 10 am.

Invitations to Bid stating the requirements are available after December 13, 2021 for pick up at the above address. A pre-bid conference will be held at 435 South Denali Street, Palmer AK. on December 23, 2021 at 10:00 am.

Note: 

The pre-bid meeting and site inspection for this project will be held December 23, 2021 at 10:00 AM. It is recommended but not mandatory. Meet in the public lobby of the Palmer Courthouse, 435 South Denali St., Palmer, AK. All questions, concerns, or clarifications regarding the project must be emailed to Dean Maschner at dmaschner@akcourts.gov  Please keep in mind that an oral response to a question at the site inspection is not binding on the ACS.  After the site inspection the ACS will distribute to all prospective bidders an addendum listing the questions asked and the court system’s official responses.  The cut-off date for contractor questions is 4 calendar days before the bid Date.
