SUMMARY:   The Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Health Care Services, is soliciting for proposals from qualified offerors to provide a group of services including independent third-party expert case review to ensure that high value pediatric psychiatry and psychopharmacology care is provided to children enrolled in Alaska Medicaid, particularly children in state custody. The offeror will conduct medication oversight and monitoring case reviews, furnished by DHSS, to provide consultation services regarding the safety and efficacy of drug regimens ordered by the relevant prescriber for children in state custody or on Medicaid.
