NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Land Lease under ADA-32384, as follows:  LESSEE: South Air Park LLC   PREMISES: Lot 10B, Block 23, consisting of approximately 251,255 square feet. LEASE TERM:  40 years.  LEASE RENTAL RATE: $.18 per square foot per year. PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES:  100% Aeronautical. Use of the property for aircraft related business, flight operations, support, and storage including: an aircraft hangar, on demand aircraft charter, medivac, helicopter, fuel sales, aircraft storage, aircraft maintenance, aviation support offices, aircraft equipment and parts support storage, employee, and guest vehicle parking.

The lease file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Leasing Office of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, located in Room C3980 on the third floor of the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.  Please call the Main Office at (907) 266-2526 or the Operator at (907) 266-5626 between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm to make arrangements to review the lease file.  All arrangements for lease file review must be scheduled 24 hours in advance of lease file review.  Comments or competing applications may be submitted in writing to: Attention: Brandon Tucker, Land Leasing Manager, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, P.O. Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but must be received by 4:30 P.M. on or before November 27, 2021 after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Land Lease.
