The Legislative Affairs Agency (Agency) is solicitating bids for a qualified Contractor to provide Snow Removal and Related Services for the Anchorage Legislative Office Building (ALOB) in Anchorage, Alaska. The ALOB is a four-story building with approximately 83,000 square feet of plowable parking lot, access roads, drive-thru, and service areas with sidewalks. Please see attached RFQ 647 - Anchorage Legislative Office Building Snow Removal Services for more details about the services that the Agency is solicitating bids for.

Important Notices to potential Offerors:
 
Registration with Procurement Manager: If you are receiving this solicitation from the State of Alaska Online Public Notices website or through email, you must register with the Procurement Manager to receive subsequent amendments.  Registration should be in writing and email is preferred.  Contact information is shown below.  Failure to register with the procurement manager may result in rejection of your offer.

Site-visit: All interested Contractors are encouraged to attend an in-person site-visit of the ALOB snow service areas with the Project Director. The Project Director will provide a site-visit of the ALOB snow service areas for the purpose of planning and preparing the Offeror's Bid for this RFQ. The
site-visit will be limited to 30 minutes and all visitors will be required to follow current Legislative Building policies while on site. Interested Contractors that wish to participate in the site-visit, shall meet in Anchorage, Alaska at 1500 W. Benson Blvd. Ste. 101 at 11:00 a.m., Alaska Time on September 13, 2021. The site-visit is non-mandatory. More information related to the site-visit is provided in the attached RFQ.

Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Bids must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than 11:30 A.M. Alaska Time on September 21, 2021. Late bids will not be accepted.
