Amendment 2 Issued 10/15/2020 - Amendment 2 is an informational amendment only and makes available an excel spreadsheet for use when submitted the Bid Schedule in relation to this ITB. Amendment 1 Issued 10/12/2020 - Amendment 1 is a mandatory return acknowledgement amendment with changes to the equipment list section and answers questions received in relation to this solicitation.
The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Facilities Management Office (FMO) for the Alaska Army National Guard, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide snow plowing, snow removal, sanding and ice control services for Bryant Airfield, Camp Carroll, and Camp Denali areas on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, as described in the attached Invitation to Bid. Each area may result in a separate contract. Bidders do not need to bid on all areas to be considered responsive.
MANDATORY Pre-Bid Teleconference. A MANDATORY pre-bid teleconference has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. local Alaska time on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6th, 2020. Call-in information will be made available to those offerors who register with the Procurement Office via email at MvaDasProcurement@alaska.gov. Additional information regarding the teleconference can be found in paragraph 1.05 of the attached ITB.
Site Inspection. A NON-MANDATORY guided site inspection is scheduled for 2:00pm local Alaska time on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8th, 2020. Additional information regarding the inspection and how to request base access can be found in paragraph 1.06 of the attached ITB.Deadline for Receipt of Proposals. Current deadline for receipt of proposals in response to the subject ITB is 4:00 p.m. Alaska time on Friday, October 16, 2020. Information on submitting bids can be found in the attached ITB, paragraph 1.07. Late bids will be rejected.
