REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
The project scope of work shall include all Work, labor, materials and supervision to provide mental health holding cells and mezzanine work, possible Additive Alternate #1 tenant improvements for the medical unit if awarded by the State, and other related work, as described in the Contract Documents and Contract Drawings.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All contractors will need to pick up the drawings from Department of Corrections, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 1800, Anchorage, AK or Department of Corrections, 802 3rd St., Suite 224, Juneau, AK; if you cannot pick up the drawings a hard copy can be mailed or emailed. Drawings will not be posted online, faxed, or provided to any plans room.
