NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Land Lease under ADA-32306, as follows: LESSEE: 6A Aviation, Inc. PREMISES: Block 27 Lot 10, consisting of approximately 1,225,081 square feet. LEASE TERM: Fifty-five (55 years) LEASE RENTAL RATE: $0.18 per square foot per year. PROPOSED VALUE OF INVESTMENT: $170,000,000. PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Develop, construct, operate and maintain a 300’ x 1000’ air cargo warehouse facility to include loading area, and aircraft and vehicle parking.
