NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
Scammon Bay Readiness Center Finding of Suitability to Transfer (FOST)

The Alaska Army National Guard plans to dispose of and terminate its use agreement for a parcel of land of which the Scammon Bay Readiness Center is located on, in Scammon Bay, AK.  In compliance with Section 120 (H) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), a FOST was prepared for the property.  The FOST will be available for a 30-day public review and comment period.
