Public Notice: Application for Permit

Pebble Limited Partnership, LLC

LAS 32690

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), has received an application from Pebble Limited Partnership (PLP). PLP has requested a land use permit subject to AS 38.05.850 to cross the State-owned tidelands from Whiskey Gulch and the Sterling highway, as well as one of two borehole sites, Site B, for geotechnical data collection operations. The application and supporting documents, including maps, are attachments to this notice. The public may obtain hard copies of the letter of application and supporting documents, at cost, from DNR.

The public is invited to review and comment on this application.

All comments must be submitted in writing to the address below by 5:00 p.m. on April 8, 2018.
