SOUTHEAST REGION - DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES

 

CONSTRUCTION INVITATION FOR QUOTES (IFQ)

 

Quotes in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. Z676220000; Hazardous Material Demolition and Removal, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time February 12, 2019, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.

 

This Federal State funded project will consist of Provide all necessary permits to the demolition, removal and disposal of all materials, structures and debris from the property at 4106 Mendenhall Blvd including: Removal of all concrete foundations, pads and walkways, removal of all utilities above and below ground, hazardous materials abatement and removal, removal of underground fuel tank, removal of fence along Mendenhall Blvd, graded flat and seeded. The structure has hazardous building materials identified in an inspection conducted by Nortech Services on October 26, 2018. Demolition and removal activities should conform to Nortechs recommendations and procedures (report attached).

 

The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000 and $50,000. All work shall be completed by April 30, 2019.
