INVITATION FOR BIDS (ITB)
The project scope of work shall include all Work to upgrade elevator system components in the Ketchikan Correctional Center, possible Additive Alternate 1 to replace the elevator car if awarded by the State, and other related work as described in the Contract Documents and Contract Drawings.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All contractors will need to pick up the drawings from Department of Corrections, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 1800, Anchorage, AK or Department of Corrections, 802 3rd St., Suite 224, Juneau, AK; if you cannot pick up the drawings a hard copy can be mailed. Drawings will not be posted online, via electronic media, or provided to any plans room.
Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a bid/proposal should contact the procurement section listed above or the TTD number (907)465-3274, not later than 5 days prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements.
