Sealed bids for the roof replacement at the Fairbanks Correctional Center in Fairbanks, Alaska will be received until 1:30 p.m., February 15, 2019. Bids will be opened at 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1800, Anchorage, Alaska. This state funded project will consist of a Base Bid or as specified in the ITB. All PDF documents for this ITB are included at the bottom of this page.
A pre-bid conference site visit is scheduled for this project and is scheduled for Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at the Fairbanks Correctional Center in Fairbanks, Alaska. Please contact Ryan Henderson, Project Manager, at 269-7354 to register. Bidders will need to submit a “Request for Clearance” form to access the facility. This form is included in the bid documents and should be submitted 72 hours prior to date of scheduled visit.
