Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southeast Regional Land Office has received an easement application for the following:
APPLICANT: Norman Staton
CASE NO: ADL 108952
LOCATION: Land beneath ordinary high water of the Mendenhall River in Juneau, Alaska.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: An unsurveyed parcel of state-owned shorelands, approximately 65 feet long and 25 feet wide, within Section 19, Township 40 South, Range 66 East, Copper River Meridian, consisting of approximately .04 acres, more or less.
REQUESTED LAND USE: Construction of a revetment structure, involving removal of 90 cubic yards of material and placement of 450 cubic yards of riprap along 65 linear feet of riverbank.
REQUESTED TERM: Indefinite, beginning January or February of 2019
COMMENT DEADLINE: January 16, 2019

In order to ensure consideration, written comments must be received by 5:00 pm on the date of the comment deadline. After review and adjudication, the Southeast Regional Land Office may authorize the requested land use with stipulations. The land use may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
