Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: PEBBLE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

PROJECT NAME: LAS 28864

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located on the Alaska Peninsula, near Amakdedori Creek and Kamishak Bay.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 27 of Township 10 South, Range 29 West, Seward Meridian.

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant is proposing the continued maintenance and use one approximately 6' x 8' enclosed shelter, and one 15 meter tall tower to house data logging and communication equipment and support meteorological instruments.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: April 1, 2018
End: March 31, 2023

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: July 23, 2018

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity.  To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity.  The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
