PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN
PITKAS POINT, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LAND TRUSTEE
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.460(4) the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the issuance of a quitclaim deed for the following described parcels of Municipal Trust land to the Association of Village Council Presidents Regional Housing Authority:
The surface estate of that certain real property located in Section 31, Township 23 North, Range 76 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska within the Bethel Recording District, containing 0.459 Acres more or less, more particularly identified as Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, of Plat No. 88-4 (see attached).
The Pitkas Point Traditional Council, the recognized appropriate village entity for the Native Village of Pitkas Point, adopted a resolution approving the granting of a quitclaim deed and the waiver of the fair market value requirement on May 9, 2018.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed conveyance.
