NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION
LAS 12023
Pursuant to AS 46.15 and rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, notice is hereby given that an application has been received on July 24, 1988, (Priority date) from Mountain View Estates Owners Association, 12847 E. Robley Street, Palmer, Alaska 99645, to appropriate water as follows:
To withdraw up to 24,500 gallons per day from a drilled well 80 feet in depth, located within Tract B, Mountain View Estates Subdivision, Phase III, according to Plat 80-76 filed in the records of the Palmer Recording District. Water use is for a Community Water System. This water right is appurtenant to the water distribution system for the Mountain View Estates Subdivision, Phase III, located within Sections 17 and 20, Township 17 North, Range 2 East, Seward Meridian.
The public is invited to comment on these actions. The Water Resources Section must receive comments in writing, (including the name and mailing address of the commenter) by 5:00 p.m., May 1, 2018 at the above address to be considered. If issued, a permit may be extended for good cause shown, pursuant to AS 46.15.110 and 11 AAC 93.120(f), without additional public notice.
