RABINOWITZ COURTHOUSE 5th FLOOR CARPET REPLACEMENT

FAIRBANKS, ALASKA
The Alaska Court System is soliciting proposals for the above project in Fairbanks, Alaska. Project consists of but is not limited to the removal of existing glue-down carpet flooring and replacement with Owner-furnished, Contractor-Installed carpet. Removal and replacement of rubber cove base, and furniture moving. The estimated construction cost is $20,000.
Sealed bids must be delivered or mailed to the Alaska Court System, Attn: Leasing & Contracts Manager, 820 West 4th Ave., Anchorage, AK 99501, or 101 Lacey Street, Fairbanks, AK 99701. Sealed bids must be received on or before December 4, 2017, at 10 am.
Invitations to Bid stating the requirements are available after November 13, 2017 for pick up at the above address or at http://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/. A pre-bid conference will be held at 101 Lacey Street, Fairbanks, AK 99701 on November 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
