PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN
UGASHIK, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LAND TRUSTEE
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.420 - .440 the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the issuance of a lease of the following described parcel of Municipal Trust land to the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for the site of the airport:
The surface estate of that certain real property located in Sections 3, 4, 9, and 10 of Township 31 South, Range 50 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska, located in the Native village of Ugashik, more particularly described in Attachment A, containing 60.64 acres more or less.
The Ugashik Traditional Village Council, the recognized appropriate village entity for the village of Ugashik, adopted a resolution approving the lease on April 18, 2017.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed lease.
