The Department of Environmental Conservation is soliciting proposals through an Informal Request for Proposal for technical writing and editing services for its Ocean Ranger Guidebook. The Ocean Ranger Guidebook assists Ocean Rangers that work with cruise vessels in Alaskan waters to implement regulations pertaining to the operation and emissions of the vessels. Technical and cost proposals are due no later than February 15, 2017 at 4:00 pm AKST. There will not be a pre-proposal conference nor inquiries/response as this IRFP is very straight forward.
