Pursuant to AS 38.05.945

Subject to AS 38.05.810(a) the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to offer a 25-year lease to the City of Mountain Village. for a 6.5 acre +/-barge landing site and dock, located in the Yukon River at Mountain Village. The proposed site is located within the NW1/4 Section 14, Township 23 North, Range 79 West, Seward Meridian.
The public is invited to review and comment on this Decision. A copy of the Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request. All comments must be received in writing at the above listed mailing address or e-mail on or before 5:00 PM on August 26, 2016. To be eligible to appeal DNR’s Final Decision, under AS 38.05.035(i)-(m), a person must have submitted written comments during this comment period.
