On October 23, 2015, the Board of Marital and Family Therapy adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 19 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with licensure requirements, license for supervised practice, continuing education requirements, and definitions.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on March 25, 2016, and will go into effect on April 24, 2016. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 218, July 2016 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
