Noticeof Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Board of Public Accountancy

On May7, 2015, the Board of Public Accountancy adopted regulation changes in Title12, Chapter 04 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with miscellaneous updatesrelating to licensure requirements, work experience points, attest functionshours, education and examination requirements, continuing education,disciplinary guidelines, quality review reporting requirements, and definitionsof terms.

Theregulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signedand filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 25, 2015, and will go intoeffect on December 25, 2015.  See attached copy of the filed version ofthe regulations.

Thenew regulation changes will be printed in Register 216, January 2016 of theAlaska Administrative Code.
