The Alaska Commission on Aging, in partnership with Actionable Data Consulting, will convene the first meeting of the State Plan Advisory Committee. This committee is composed of agencies that serve Alaska’s seniors and will guide the development of the FFY 2027–2031 State Plan for Senior Services.
This initial meeting will introduce the committee, outline its purpose, and set the agenda for the next five meetings.

The public is welcome to observe. Please note that public comment will not be taken at this meeting. Opportunities for public comment will be available when the draft State Plan is released in April 2027.
Membership of the State Plan Advisory Committee includes all commissioners of the Alaska Commission on Aging. While the commissioners may participate as committee members, they are not empowered to take any action as the Alaska Commission on Aging. A majority of commissioners voting on an SPC topic does not bind ACoA to any course of action.
