Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
The State of Alaska (State) must comply with the Alaska Public Records Act and all other disclosure requirements contained in federal and other State laws, including court and administrative orders and rules. If the offeror wants the State to consider withholding any information, the offeror must comply with all the requirements identified in any statute or regulation, e.g., AS 36.30.230(a), and in the solicitation document.
