Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Potter Creek Water Company (PCWC), filed TA53-358, a revenue requirement study based on a 2025 test year. With this filing, PCWC requests a 15.93% increase to monthly fees if the filing is suspended and a 10.00% increase to monthly fees if the filing is not suspended. PCWC also proposes revisions to its non-recurring charges. A sample of the current and proposed water rates and non-recurring charges is shown below.
