Public Meeting of the October Board Meeting of the
Alaska Mental Health Board/Advisory Board on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse

The Alaska Mental Health Board and Advisory Board on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse (AMHB-ABADA) will hold its fall meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. by Zoom.

These meetings are open to the public and a Zoom video link is available upon request by emailing amhb.abada@alaska.gov.

There will be limited opportunity for formal public comment to AMHB-ABADA members between 11:30 to 12:00 p.m. due to the short duration of the meeting.

Alaska's Open Meetings Act (AS 44.62.310) requires all meetings of AMHB-ABADA to be open to the public. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in these meetings, but all comments and questions will go through the chairs of the proceedings. Any comments or questions from members of the public should be thoughtful and constructive when offering criticism and should not be used to criticize or attack specific individuals.
