Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located at the Gold Creek Runway, near milepost 197 of the Dalton Highway.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 17, Township 31 North, Range 10 West, Fairbanks Meridian
Coordinate: 67.50968, -149.84856
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW) has received a land use permit application from Chet Bell for a staging area for parked vehicles and the storing of non-hazardous materials in support of mining operations on Emery Creek (APMA 5964). Materials would be stored in a secured, enclosed 8 x 20 ft. container. The total parking and storage area would be approximately 0.5 acres, with access to the area via highway vehicle via the adjacent Dalton Highway.
