Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: Revine Creek Environmental LLC

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: DOT MS 52-2-051-2 located at MP 230 of the Parks Highway near Denali National Park, also known as the McKinley Village Pit.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES:

• The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 6,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d).
