Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: Qayaq Construction, LLC

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: DOT MS 65-9-099-2, within Section 12, Township 6 North, Range 13 East, Umiat Meridian, located at MP 390 of Dalton Highway, containing approximately 427 acres, more or less. The site runs directly east of the highway and west of TAPS.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES:

• The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 30,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d).
