AUTHORIZED ACTIVITY: ACS has requested the reissuance of an easement for 12 pre-existing submerged telephone cables on state-owned, DMLW-managed submerged lands near Karluk Lagoon, Kodiak, Alaska. The purpose of the easement is to allow for continued maintenance and operation of existing submerged telephone cables. The applicant has requested reissuance for an easement 3,605 feet long, 20 feet wide, and 1.72 acres in size, more or less. There are no current construction activities associated with this request. The easement, if approved, may differ from that described herein.
