The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-08393 (Lot 5A, Block 700), consisting of approximately 13,169 square feet, at Homer Airport for an additional five (5) years. Applicant: Adventure Airways, Inc. Annual rent: $2,857.67 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Maintenance of a facility for storage of supplies and waiting lounge for guests all in conjunction with fly-in fishing trips; also, guiding/outfitting; sightseeing, aircraft tiedown rentals; Part 135 operations to include air cargo and people; continued use and maintenance of a dock; flight instruction.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., August 10, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
