Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of an easement for the following:

APPLICANT: Alaska Power & Telephone Company

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:
Easement: Located at the northern end of the former Tok Airport, northeast of milepost 122 of the Tok Cutoff, and directly southeast of its intersection with the Tetlin Trail. See Attachment A.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department has authorized issuance of a public utility easement 60-feet wide by approximately 210-feet long for the construction of a power and communication line on state land.
